CASASKY Swears in Three New Volunteers

At CASA of Southern Kentucky, we are thrilled to announce that we have sworn in three new volunteers this June, expanding our dedicated team of advocates who tirelessly work to make a difference in the lives of children. This month, we welcomed two new volunteers in Pulaski County and one in Rockcastle County. Their commitment to standing up for vulnerable children in our community is truly inspiring.

Our New Volunteers: Each of our new volunteers brings a unique set of skills, experiences, and a shared passion for advocating for children in need. By becoming CASA volunteers, they have committed to being the voices for children who have experienced abuse or neglect, ensuring that their needs and best interests are represented in court.

The Impact of Volunteering: CASA volunteers play a crucial role in the lives of children navigating the complexities of the child welfare system. They provide consistent support, gather critical information, and make recommendations to the court to help ensure that each child finds a safe, permanent home. Our volunteers are often the only stable adult presence in these children’s lives, offering hope and stability during challenging times.

Join Us in Making a Difference: If you are inspired by the dedication of our new volunteers and are interested in making a difference in the life of a child, we encourage you to learn more about becoming a volunteer advocate with CASA of Southern Kentucky. As a CASA volunteer, you will receive comprehensive training and ongoing support to effectively advocate for children in need.

To find out how you can become a volunteer advocate, please email us at info@casasky.org or visit our website at casasky.org for more information.

Together, we can create brighter futures for children in our community. Thank you to our new volunteers for their commitment to child advocacy, and we look forward to welcoming more individuals to our CASA family.
