We are excited to announce that CASA of Southern Kentucky will host its 3rd Annual Run for the Children Derby Day Fundraiser on May 3rd, 2025, at the Center for Rural Development.
Every child deserves a safe and loving home, but for many children in Pulaski and Rockcastle counties, that security is uncertain. CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates®) advocates for abused and neglected children, ensuring their voices are heard in the courtroom and beyond. With approximately 400 children in our service area in need of advocacy, we rely on the generosity of community partners like you to make a lasting difference.
By being an event sponsor, a benefactor or by donating an item for our silent auction, you will assist with our fundraising efforts and will:
- Help provide trained volunteers who advocate for a child’s best interests in court.
- Ensure that children in foster care have someone dedicated to their well-being.
- Make a lasting impact on our community’s most vulnerable children.

Our fundraising goal is $40,000 which will allow us to provide a CASA volunteer for 40 additional children in the foster care system.
